Warranty on Network Hardware from Covenco
All refurbished Cisco and Juniper products come with a minimum of 30 days warranty and in many cases will carry a 90 day warranty. This is to enable the client to arrange maintenance on the products supplied.
If you wish to have the product maintained by the manufacturer you may be required to pay an inspection fee as part of the maintenace acceptance. A banding system applies and your Covenco sales representative can provide indicative costs (although these do change dependent on the US Dollar rate). Equally, not all products are elligble for the fee and your sales representative can provide this advice. Please do not hesitate to contact the sales team to understand more about the inspection fees.
Covenco can also supply cost effective alternatives in the form of trusted third party maintenance providers. They can provide hardware and support cover for the entire networking range. Please ask for details if this would be of interest.
