Installation and Site Services from Covenco

Using the Covenco site services team to complete your hardware upgrade provides direct access to the full technical expertise of our experienced POWER System, System X, Storage and HP professionals who can call upon decades of product and O.S. knowledge. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, the support team comprises of ex-OEM engineers, Data Processing Managers, Senior Operators and Maintenance Engineers, all of whom are either IBM or HP accredited.

All of our technical team have worked for Covenco for a number of years, some ten or more. We do not outsource our installations.

Pre-Order : Whenever Covenco supply a solution, we recommend a pre-install planning meeting to discuss the project and ensure all parties understand the timinings, their responsibilities and any pre-requisits.

Prior to install : All equipment undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection and test to ensure the equipment supplied is complete and functional. If a full configuration is being supplied, rather than an upgrade, this is built and configured in our workshops.

On site : Our onsite services can include CPU upgrades, Disk and Memory upgrades, Disk migrations, Tape installations, LPAR and HACMP installations, code updates, OS upgrades, SAN and Backup services - and  many more.
