IBM p570 pSeriesThe high-end symmetric multiprocessor server p5 model 570 uses 2-way processor cards with state-of-the-art, 64-bit, copper-based, POWER5 microprocessors. Available in 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16-way configurations, running at either 1.5 GHz, 1.65 GHz, or 1.9 GHz. Each processor card has 36 MB of Level 3 cache and 8 slots for memory DIMMs. The base 2 GB of system memory can be expanded up to 512 GB in a four-drawer system.
