Although withdrawn early 2004, these scalable servers (available as Deskside p620 or Rack-Mount p660) are targeted at the key commercial processing segments of e-business, ERP, SCM, and Business Intelligence, in either small businesses or as distributed systems in larger organizations.
In each segment, they can meet critical requirements. These machines make excellent application servers with their powerful central processing units (CPU), memory capacity, and optional data storage capability. In e-business, the p620 and p660 can serve as fast, highly reliable business-to-business Web servers.
Covenco continue to supply and support the p620 and p660 servers. We can deliver complete servers or upgrades to your existing environment, including extra processing power, memory, disk and features - thereby extending the life of your current systems.
All the equipment supplied is guaranteed to be acceptable for IBM maintenance or we can supply a third party agreement to reduce the cost of ownership.
