IBM System p / pSeries F80/H80 from Covenco
Although marketing of these servers ceased in July 2001, the technology was actually re-branded as System p / pSeries and the machines became known and sold as the p620/6F1 and p660/6H1. Both the Deskside F80 and Rack-Mount H80 can be configured with 1, 2, 4, or 6-way,750 MHz or 600 MHz (RS64 IV) or 450 MHz (RS64 III) Processor Cards and up to 32 GB of SDRAM. With redundant Power and other excellent reliability, availability, and serviceability features the machines can be used as a stand-alone, multiuser, application or database servers.
Covenco continue to supply upgrades for these servers including disk, memory and additional CPUs. Our experts can use the LSCFG from your existing system to establish your exact configuration and quote for your upgrade. The engineering team can provide the installation expertise, with all equipment guaranteed to be acceptable for your existing maintenance or we can supply a third party contact if you desire.
