Installation services from Covenco

Using the Covenco site services team to complete your hardware upgrade provides direct access to the full technical expertise of our experienced iSeries, pSeries, xSeries and Cisco/Juniper professionals who can call upon a collective 125 years of product and O.S. knowledge. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, the support team comprises of ex-IBM engineers, Data Processing Managers, Senior Operators and Maintenance Engineers, all of whom have been working for Covenco for a minimum of three years.

Prior to site : All equipment undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection and test to ensure the equipment supplied is complete and functional. If a full configuration is being supplied, rather than an upgrade, this is built and configured in our workshops.

On site : CPU upgrades, Disk and Memory upgrades, Disk migrations, Tape installations, Installation of blades and PIC cards, Test site and installation of complete systems, including integration into the client environment, Health Checks, Backup/Recovery Checks
