The IBM DS8100 and DS8300 disk subsystems are IBM's premier disk products, designed for enterprise class SAN environments and capable of 100s of TB's of disk with large Cache and multiple host connections. The DS6800 shares much of the DS8000's functionality but in a smaller form factor.
