Why do Covenco not take a payment through the site?
The products we sell are often model specific and may require pre-requisites, specific code levels or confirmation of your existing configuration. Therefore, nearly all our orders require a discussion with a technical specialist to ratify the chosen product(s). Covenco would far rather take the details of your order, then contact you to confirm the solution, than have the delays and technical problems that would result from an incorrect order. We apologise if this seems inconvenient, but we do have the best interests of everyone at heart.
